The trial shipment of MD Acne arrived quickly. I was looking for an alternative to using Differin or Retin-A again. The MD Acne face wash is excellent quality and smells great. The 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide Acne treatment works and is also excellent quality. I have not tried the niacinamide moisturizer yet. As of today, I would have been using MDacne for almost a week, and I have to say that I'm not seeing any real improvements yet. However, I trust that with time, I will start seeing results. The cleanser absolutely does its job, and is the definition of a little goes a long way. The soothing moisturiser tends to be really drying sometimes though. The customized night treatment cream is more soothing though, and leaves my face feeling fresh all night!

For about a year I had the wrong ingredients in my night treatment but i didn’t use the app too much so I didn’t realize that dr Harth had actually reached out to me to see if I would want to change it to be more effective for me. So after we changed my night creams from salicylic acid to sulfur and benzoyl peroxide, I started to notice real changes. I don’t like the customer service, I got mad at them before and said I was starting to think they’re a scam and the lady put a block on my subscription and I had to basically beg her to put it back. They are not allowed to give any info on other products unless they’re telling you not to use it because it’s bad. So they’re a little sketchy. But overall; after I got my ingredients adjusted , it really started to work. I’m on the fence. I have they’re pimple patches and Pink Clay Mask too, both products are great. I’d like to see if they can make my cleanser without fragrance and see if that would help too. My acne is moderately better than it’s been in years so I’m not complaining, but I say trust the process and be patient , USE THE RESOURCES IN CASE YOU NEED ADJUSTMENTS, and if you don’t think it’s for you, just cancel your subscription, everyone’s skin is different!

Worst service ever. The olny thing I wanted was to get rid of my acne but what I got in return is a ruined face with hairs growing on. And the most fantastic thing about them is they don’t take returns. Wow. I had mistakenly did 3 shipping at once and just wanted to return them because the team was suggesting me new products every time I talked to them about the problem. They had changed my moisturizer from active to soothing because the active one cause burning sensation. So wanted to return those mistakly bought items and fortunately couldn’t. So I thought of using the ordered items as I had paid for them. Now I realized that the package had 2 active moisturizers one in each package. Omg. How could you do that? You guys suggested me the soothing one because I was in pain and now you had send me the same thing and of course I could not return them. When I told them that I have been getting hairs on my face and if they could suggest anything. Yes, they suggested me to visit a physician. Man, If I was to visit a physician why would I use your products. Someone has been trying your products expecting at least acne free face and you guys just care about money. If your customer has subscribed and the next shipping date is fixed, you are happy. If they unsubscribe but still want some suggestions, you are lost, found nowhere? I regret for using these products. Apart from acne at least I had hair free skin and no any dark spots or any marks. Now, I have been gifted with all of those. I have a lot more to say but don’t want to cause everytime I remember it, I get frustrated and want to go back to time and correct everything and never use Md Acne.
