The worst product I have ever used. I bought the treatment cream, customised hydrating cleaner and dark spot remover. Firstly, none of the products is actually customised to anyone. I knew this prior to buying the products, however, I still had hopes that despite the claim, it may still work equally well! secondly, my skin was worse than it originally was, extremely dry skin, flakes, more acne appeared, and due to dryness it caused more uneven skin tone. When speaking to customer services for advice, they claim that sticking through was the best option and claim these outcomes were normal. Imagine damaging your skin then being advised to continue damaging it. The experience was too uncomfortable to continue and I am so disappointed that I lost money to ruin my skin as a result. Please be aware of this product, it is the worst. I cannot even sugar coat other products with the same brand, all of it is crap. I demand my money back!

made my skin a lot softer and hydrated . cleanser has a very good foaming factor . it got here within a week which i would say is pretty good . i personally got a free trial but i would say its a good price for their bundles especially since it is has active acids in it !!

I purchased the cleaner, treatment cream, moisturizer and the peptide scar cream. When I first started the routine I didn’t want to include the scar cream to make sure that I could isolate if it was helping my skin. The rest of the routine has been amazing, I am going to layer in the peptide scar cream when I am at the 4 month mark to see how my skin reacts. I will update when I am at that point in my journey.

So far I haven't seen any progress as my acne is still the same; no improvement at all. My pores on both cheeks are still clogged with no relief in sight. I haven't used the blackhead strips because I don't have any blackheads on my nose just enlarged pores.

My face did purge for like the first week and a half of me using the face wash and the treatment and the moisturizer. And then it made my skin so soft like immediately after washing with the cleanser. I absolutely love it. My skin is clearing up so good, better than it ever has.

Still a long way to go to give any specific results regarding the advanced dark spot remover. I would say that initially when applied there were no sting or redness. No side-effects whenever I use this brand. I always feel completely safe with my skin so I will follow up again once I am more consistent with it and will review again in four weeks. And I’m dark brown skin. I love to show my results once I see them. Thanks.

Honestly I love that I can just buy the nicinamide moisturizer from the shop because it works so well. It really has help cure my acne!

I love the body treatment I think it’s work and the face wash is working too I haven’t used the pimple patches yet but in my past of pimple patches they worked really well I know they will work really well, also.

So far I have enjoyed the experience and how easily it is to get questions answered. However I didn't receive the black head removing strips in the kit and that was upsetting

My daughter has been using the products for a month now and I am just about to order my next batch. The cleanser left her skin a bit dry ti start so she used it every other day. However we are now starting to see improvements, slowly but surely her skin is less angry and the appearance of new spots seems to be slowing down. I think it’s a case of trust the process and bear with it. It has been more positive than other treatments we have tried.

The face wash is very bubbly, a little goes a long way. The acne spot treatment reduced inflammation and redness. The moisturizer is extremely lightweight but downy feel very moisturizing.
