It’s ok, the product size that you receive doesn’t seem like a good value. You’re paying a lot for essentially travel size products. I ordered the retinol set back on December 3rd and I still haven’t received it in the mail. I also ordered my kit a week after and that arrived on time. When I contacted the carrier they said the package was never received by them. When I contacted MD acne about the issue they told me to wait til the 2nd week of February if it’s not been received. It’s January 31st and I still haven’t received the package. If I don’t by the second week of February I’ll most likely cancel my subscription just due to the lack of initiative by customer service, and I just don’t see the value in the price point.

The worst product I have ever used. I bought the treatment cream, customised hydrating cleaner and dark spot remover. Firstly, none of the products is actually customised to anyone. I knew this prior to buying the products, however, I still had hopes that despite the claim, it may still work equally well! secondly, my skin was worse than it originally was, extremely dry skin, flakes, more acne appeared, and due to dryness it caused more uneven skin tone. When speaking to customer services for advice, they claim that sticking through was the best option and claim these outcomes were normal. Imagine damaging your skin then being advised to continue damaging it. The experience was too uncomfortable to continue and I am so disappointed that I lost money to ruin my skin as a result. Please be aware of this product, it is the worst. I cannot even sugar coat other products with the same brand, all of it is crap. I demand my money back!

Still a long way to go to give any specific results regarding the advanced dark spot remover. I would say that initially when applied there were no sting or redness. No side-effects whenever I use this brand. I always feel completely safe with my skin so I will follow up again once I am more consistent with it and will review again in four weeks. And I’m dark brown skin. I love to show my results once I see them. Thanks.
