I’ve only had their products for about a month but I do see some change already. The body acne cream seems to me working the best for me using it just as spot treatment on some areas on my face! Definitely recommend these products.

Took a very long time for this to arrive. I was suffering from mild/moderate acne mainly on my forehead and have had this for around 13 years. These products damaged my skin and made my hyperpigmentaton worse. Save your money and invest in a simple gentle non fragranced cleanser and spf. First of all the product smells and looks amazing! Pink clay is an awesome ingredient for the skin and I’d been wanting to try this product for ages since I started with mdacne. Your skin feels ‘new’ after it and it’s such a lovely treat!

Well where do I start. So my subscription was deactivated. I was not sure about the company but I have tried their products. I was curious about something that removes dark spots from the face. I received a DM from Jessica, G,RN from the medical Team. She stated that they had a treatment for it. So I asked how much it cost. I was the contacted by a representative named Monique. She stated that she was sorry I received this message and that I would not be able to order for any further products. I asked her why I was not able to restart my prescription. She stated that was correct and I will not be able to reactive my subscription. I asked why again. She stated that my account was blocked. On July 14th, I violated terms of my subscription. But then stated that she didn't see that I ended up paying for my kit. She then went on to say that the dark spot remover is $59.95. I told her I am not a thief. And that its crazy how she came out of nowhere with that and I had just receive a message from someone prior to this. I informed her that I was about to restart my subscription but based on this interaction I will not be doing this. She then said she didn't call me a thief. (but she kinda did when she has a customer representative rep didn't look at the notes). The she stated that she added my block because I stated that I would not reactive. And I asked her why she added the block. I inform her she didn't her job correctly before she opened her mouth. I told her you can not block because I was rude and I never cursed during this entire conversation. I asked her for a higher up. She stated someone named Xavier. I asked her for her title and she refused to give me her title. I told her so I'm blocked because you made an error. You really didn't apologize and then I informed her the conversation made me upset and Monique refused to remove the block. I have never experienced rude customer service in my life. And again I never called her a name or was rude.

What I received in the tube, had a slight yellow color and was more liquid like. I was not sure I had been sent the right thing but I figured maybe some improvements had been made to this product. The faded dark spots are now dark again. All of my progress vanished. I thought maybe I had been sent a bad batch and ordered another tube. Nope. Same, yellow stuff. I am also back to just maintaining. This new stuff had kept things from getting worse, but is not fading the spots like it used to. I don't know if ingredients used to make this, have been skimped on, but this product has changed, and not for the better.

I've tried other leading acne products but I prefer MDacne's instead. My acne has cleared up almost completely! I get a few monthly flare ups due to hormones. I started using their anti-acne masks and love them! Highly recommend.

Just started second month with skin clearing supplements. I am super happy! My skin looks more brighter and pores seems smaller. I am looking forward to continue with my treatment and waiting for more results 😍

Only been using it for a couple of days but it makes my skin feel clean and smooth! Never used anything like it so far, and the face cleanser smells lovely. I’ve definitely noticed less spots appearing since using it! Wouldn’t definitely recommend giving it a try.

The face wash smells a little off and did not work at all, other than the pills. The customer service refused to reactivate. I just go back to Proactive who has the best products and better service . This company only uses the people who only say postive reviews, but it is false information. I do not leave bad reviews unless the staff is rude or product is really bad. I did the trial and regret buying MDacne product's once I washed my face. It burned my eyes without being close. It has fragrance that may have a detergent agent whithin the face wash.
