It needs adjustable straps so it won’t feel so tight on a person’s face and an individual can adjust it to where it is comfortable on their face.

It arrived pretty quickly but the routine ruined my skin so I called it quits after almost 50 days since I was trying to wait out their 4-6 weeks time frame. My skin was left over exfoliated and I still have a ton of little bumps all over my cheeks a month later, although they’re going away slowly. I liked that they did this little log where you could compare the first day to your latest photo and also a little “community” section so you could watch the progress of the other people who posted. I did notice some lessening of former hyperpigmentation. After my skin goes back to normal I may try the dark spot cream one more time, maybe every couple of days to see if it will take. It cost more than the trial set and it’s huge so I don’t want to waste it, if possible. I’ve been using it on scars on my arm that I got from work but infrequently so I haven’t noticed any changes. I will say that it didn’t cause any negative reaction there.

For about a year I had the wrong ingredients in my night treatment but i didn’t use the app too much so I didn’t realize that dr Harth had actually reached out to me to see if I would want to change it to be more effective for me. So after we changed my night creams from salicylic acid to sulfur and benzoyl peroxide, I started to notice real changes. I don’t like the customer service, I got mad at them before and said I was starting to think they’re a scam and the lady put a block on my subscription and I had to basically beg her to put it back. They are not allowed to give any info on other products unless they’re telling you not to use it because it’s bad. So they’re a little sketchy. But overall; after I got my ingredients adjusted , it really started to work. I’m on the fence. I have they’re pimple patches and Pink Clay Mask too, both products are great. I’d like to see if they can make my cleanser without fragrance and see if that would help too. My acne is moderately better than it’s been in years so I’m not complaining, but I say trust the process and be patient , USE THE RESOURCES IN CASE YOU NEED ADJUSTMENTS, and if you don’t think it’s for you, just cancel your subscription, everyone’s skin is different!

Gets absorbed very quickly… and treatment cream based on your AI skin analysis! The best part? You can literally message your care team at midnight and they will respond (usually within minutes). The weekly AI analysis scans make me feel confident that my skin is going in the right direction, and I know that if something is to go awry, that my care team is a click away! I just tried their blackhead pore strips and they got out some DEEP blackheads that biore pore strips wouldn’t dare touch. Zero irritation! New fav!

The customized skin clearing supplement regulates my menses . Instead of 4-5 days, it is 3 days and all is clear. It increases my water intake too, causing me to drink more.

The customer service here is pretty rude, they function as if they’re a big Pharma company or something. The bit of attitude they had when I didn’t understand why I would be charged $10 to send an UNOPENED packaged back. That literally states on the us postal website that it does not cost anything to send an unopened package back. I am a college student and times are extremely hard for me right now, I had been getting the supplements for months. The one time I begged to send them back it was an issue. Take your business elsewhere, I’m glad I got out while I could. You can find better quality vitamins elsewhere they aren’t that great.

Started using MDacne & love it so far. The blackhead strips are amazing. When I take the strips off you can see hairs & blackheads on the strip. My face is clearing slowly I can’t wait til it finally clears with final results. Heard of MDacne from social media & was skeptical first but I love it would definitely recommend!

Love this product, I couldn't be more happy with how clear my skin is. Would highly recommend the clay skin mask and skin pills. They really do work help keep your skin clear, fresh and ready for the day!

I've been on MDAcne for less than a month so my review may not be as helpful as others. However, I still would like to encourage anyone reading to give it a try. Previously, I was on Curology *for 1 year to be exact*. I like to give my product a fair fight before I dismiss its effectiveness. I do struggle with PCOS (which causes acne) so its been a journey finding a product that makes me look like I have a snap chat filter on :) I switched over to MD ACNE because I liked that along with their night time formula they also had a medicated face wash. There were ingredients that I was severely allergic to BUT MDAcne did their best to accommodate me and still presented me with a formula that works ( so far). I am experiencing purging ( as expected ) also some dryness (which is normal, I'm told). All in all, the product smells amazing. The products hasnt caused any severe allergic reactions, like most acne products do. Again, it's worth a shot. When you have acne unfortunately everything is trial and error. Get your 'sample' test it out. My hopes for myself and everyone is that we will get the skin of our dreams. If not, at least your face will smell yummy lol. Happy Holidays!
