Worst customer service
I ordered their special if one months supply for 9.99. When I got the second order it was supposed to be for 2 months. It should have included 2 cleansers, 2 treatments and 2 moisturizers. Instead I received 1 cleanser, 2 treatments and zero moisturizers. I emailed them about the order I received and it has been a nightmare dealing with them. It is also a different person responding to the emails. After sending them photos of what I received they keep telling me to send photos. I keep telling them I’ve sent the photos multiple times. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Looked for a phone number to contact them and there is none.

The face cleanser gives me a funny dryness immediately after wash that’s keeps me feeling uncomfortable throughout the day. The moisturizer as well is too dry, I could apply literally all in the tube but still won’t look like I applied anything

Such wonderful service! My package came in super fast. The design is very quaint. I love it! The face wash is amazing you only need a tiny pea sized amount and it foams beautifully! The moisturizer is wonderful and does not clog my pores like other products I've used in the past. The nightly cream is doing well to not cause irritation or dryness. It's too soon to tell because I started using the product a few days ago. However, I will say that I like how the products feel on my skin. I have the cleanser, benzoyl peroxide, and niacinamide. I was surprised at how small the products were, almost like the sample size (probably why I only paid for shipping). If future shipments are the same size, I will discontinue them. We'll see what happens.
