Before MDacne, I have had acne for about 2 years. It affected my self confidence to the point that I hated being in public. I wore a beanie every day to cover my forehead because of my acne. Thanks to MDacne, I can finally take my beanie off and feel confident about myself. MDacne really did change my life and it only took 40 days! That's crazy fast!

Best skin products for me
The products are so good. The face cleanser makes my face so shiny and smooth after use and the moisture is perfect for me as I have been producing less oil on my face since I started using it.

I have combination/hormonal skin (dry cheeks, oily t zone) including acne/acne scarring which lead to hyperpigmentation. I’ve tried many products under the sun and was not seeing results. I started using MDacne products - the cleanser, moisturizer, and customized treatment cream - and in 8 days in, I’m already seeing results in my skin with brightening complexion and less pimples around chin and jawline especially around that time of the month which is when my hormones start to act up. Recommend this if you are struggling with the same problem and are looking to maintain healthy skin :)

I'd just like to say that I really like how refreshing the face wash is, the only con though is that the medicine kinda stinks but thats a given with any kind of medicine really. I like the free first trial of only paying shipping! It's wonderful. Unfortunately, the prices are way too high so I'll stick to store-bought face cleansers...

Great feel.
I love the smell and the feel of the products, especially the cleanser. Though my skin feels dry after using it, the moisturizer balances it out. The moisturizer dries quickly and doesn’t leave my skin patchy or oily. I’ve been using them for almost two weeks and I’ve started seeing differences, however minor. Overall the products are great!!

So helpful with my acne
Really good and has been keeping my acne calmer than usual. I will say the cleanser has a scent and that’s the only thing i’m not a fan of. But overall it’s really helpful and doesn’t dry my skin out.

The cleanser is non stripping and super effective. My skin has gotten way better and I’m not lying about it. Love the moisturizer as well. Just started using the treatment cream, and trust me, my skin is loving it

Great products that feel greater
The products are simple, yet effective. You can feel the effects of the cleanser and the the moisturizer does great without being too oily. I also love that there is a night cream available. MDacne proves how simple science goes a long way and gets the job done.

This skin care is definitely worth paying for
When I first used the starter kit I was shocked by how well the formula is. The face wash smelt good and had a good sud on my skin so it was fun to use. My skin at first was purging the bacteria out my skin and I got more spots, but I didn’t worry and kept using it and my skin was clearing up and felt so soft and smooth. The face cream and night cream were perfect for hydrating the skin afterwards and it sorter leaves a think smooth barrier on your skin (seriously feels like it) but it’s not actually there so it makes me feel my skins protected from the germs and bacteria

Disappointing Customer Experience
I have been using MDacne for 1 year and 5 months. Unfortunately, I have had two disappointing experiences with this company, which I want to share with you, so you can understand what you might be getting into. My subscription was shipped on October 31, 2024. This time, the company separated the retinol treatment from the rest of the subscription, so I received two tracking numbers. A week later, I received the main subscription. When I tracked the second shipment, UPS displayed the message: "UPS doesn’t have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package." Another week passed, and the status remained the same, so I contacted customer support. A representative, "L," responded: "I've checked the tracking information for the rest of your order and see that your package was delivered on November 6! Have you had a chance to check for it yet? It may be hiding in the mailbox." Clearly, she hadn't read my message carefully and used her templates to respond to my inquiries. I had explicitly stated that there were two packages—one of which I had already received—and I was inquiring about the one that hadn’t arrived. Another representative, "M," then stepped in, providing standard explanations and saying: "That being said, not to worry, if we still don't see an update by November 21, 2024, we'd be happy to process a replacement or issue a refund from there." She also sent me an article titled "Lost in Transit." Following her advice, I waited another week until yesterday, only to find that UPS still hadn’t received the package. I sent M a follow-up message requesting the promised refund and asking to cancel my account. Deep down, I suspected I wouldn’t receive the refund given how they had been handling my case. As expected, M responded: "As carriers have advised that, although there may not be any recent tracking updates, the packages are still in transit and should be on their way to you. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to consider the package as 'lost in transit.'” She added that there was no guarantee on the delivery date or time and shared another article for me to read. I wasn’t surprised by their refusal to refund my money, given their unprofessionalism. However, they never should have promised a refund in the first place. When UPS clearly shows that the package never arrived at their facility, why does this company insist that it’s "in transit"? What, then, is their definition of "Lost in Transit"? Is this a tactic to take customers' money without fulfilling orders? I’ll leave that question for you to consider. Also, it is just unprofessional to use templates to respond to customer's inquiry. If you want to market yourself as a "caring", "customer-oriented" business, you need to make sure that you LISTEN to your customers and INDIVIDUALIZE the response. 2. When I first started the subscription, I was advised to take the daily supplement, DIM. When the supplement arrived, I noticed that the expiry date had already passed. I immediately contacted customer support, and they claimed it was the manufacturer's fault—the expiry date was misprinted for that batch. Trusting their explanation, I assumed the expiry date would be correct in the next subscription two months later. However, when the next subscription arrived, the company had used a sticker with an extended expiry date to cover the "misprinted" expiry date. The sticker was poorly applied and fell off the bottle when I took the bottle out of the package. After that, I stopped the supplement. I am not sure expired supplement would do any harm to my body, but my trust to this company decreased significantly. I am not expecting anything from this company anymore. The money I lost will be for buying the experience. There are more than enough skincare products out there in the market. I will prefer to shop with peace of mind to always feeling nervous about my shipments and the expiry date of the products.
