After nearly 15 years of hormonal acne…
After nearly 15 years of hormonal acne (and 18 symptoms of PMDD), I finally found a supplement that consistently works. After about a week, I noticed clear results, and after a month, I no longer felt the need to wear foundation. For full disclosure, I have a high tolerance to supplements and take 3 DIM capsules daily and use the topical treatment plan. I also still use Aczone which helps, but has never permanently cleared my skin. I also take three Glowing Goddess beef supplement capsules and one Flo PMS capsule daily. All of these help, but the DIM has been the game changer. MD acne can get quite expensive, but I am so grateful to finally have relief for my skin, that it’s a worthwhile investment. I feel like a new person and have found so much confidence without wearing makeup. Highly recommend this brand!

My 13 year old son has been struggling with some minor acne for the past few months, especially black heads. We have tried over the counter things but nothing seemed to work.
