Q&A

I have a red dot that's leftover from a pimple. it's not a pimple anymore, but it's been there for a few months and it won't go away. I've tried everything! Is there any way to make it go away...and what is it?

Hi. Pink spots are caused by dilated capillaries in the skin. These pink spots you see will usually fade without treatment 3 months after acne is controlled. All you need to do is to use an oil free sunscreens each morning. This will both keep the humidity in your skin and protect you from the sun. If the spots do fade in 3-4 months you may need a laser or (IPL treatment). 🙂
