It is hard to tell. The only way, you can try to understand what triggers your acne, is by monitoring your skin on the MDacne app Once you do that, you can comment on each "selfie" if you are on your monthly cycle, overstressed, did not sleep well etc. ... Once you have enough data points you can try and draw some conclusions.
