I started this acne program with MDacne in 2021. I used it for about 3 months and noticed a crazy difference. I unsubscribed due to lack of income after an illness. In 2024 I was really struggling with my acne again, and I remembered how much MDacne helped me. They were helpful in chat to help me get the same products as I had in the past. The credits towards shop items ($5 for each box sent out) adds up. I got some pimple patches for free with my order when it came in today. I am in Ontario CANADA and I recieve my box on the 14th every month. (payment date last day of each month) so it is safe to say that it takes about two weeks to come in (for me). I will gladly continue my subscription with MDacne. The products really do work, consistency is key. ALSO I feel i must write this ONLY use a pea sized amount of cleanser and creams, that's how it doesn't run out before the next box comes in. You can adjust when your payment comes out. I love the flexibility of MDacne because if I have a blimp where I cant afford a box, I can set it to ship the NEXT month. So many subscription based companies do NOT allow you to choose when your payment comes out. I recommend MDacne to anyone struggling with hormonal acne/cystic acne. My skin has cleared so so much within the last two months of consistent use of the products. This is not sponsored or anything, I pay for the subscription myself, but it is much cheaper than buying a cleanser, moisturizer, and treatment cream in store *that won't even work this well* it is well worth the money for me. - face almost clear, no active acne

I HAVE HAD MY UPS AND DOWNS AND ITH MDACNE. I am going on 600 days with my customized treatment plan. For about a year I had the wrong ingredients in my night treatment but i didn’t use the app too much so I didn’t realize that dr Harth had actually reached out to me to see if I would want to change it to be more effective for me. So after we changed my night creams from salicylic acid to sulfur and benzoyl peroxide, I started to notice real changes. I don’t like the customer service, I got mad at them before and said I was starting to think they’re a scam and the lady put a block on my subscription and I had to basically beg her to put it back. They are not allowed to give any info on other products unless they’re telling you not to use it because it’s bad. So they’re a little sketchy. But overall; after I got my ingredients adjusted , it really started to work. I’m on the fence. I have they’re pimple patches and Pink Clay Mask too, both products are great. I’d like to see if they can make my cleanser without fragrance and see if that would help too. My acne is moderately better than it’s been in years so I’m not complaining, but I say trust the process and be patient , USE THE RESOURCES IN CASE YOU NEED ADJUSTMENTS, and if you don’t think it’s for you, just cancel your subscription, everyone’s skin is different!
