Good product.
I use single blades and have troublesome skin. The shave cream is thick enough to provide a decent barrier but smooth enough so I get a close shave. Vast improvement on other gels snd foams I’ve tried over the years. No acne or razor burn. Small tubes but they last longer than I was expecting.

Good customer service — friendly and responsive. I’ve been happy with the cleanser and the day and night moisturisers, but the product sizes are quite small, and the monthly cost feels too high for the amount provided. The pimple patches are too thick to stay on properly, and the shave cream for dermaplaning didn’t add much benefit — a cold compress worked just as well. Overall, I’ve seen a small improvement, but not enough to justify spending around £40 a month.
