How to Use

In the evening, apply a thin layer to the entire areas affected with dark spots. This Product Does Not Work Like It Used To
I have been using the MD Acne Advanced Dark Spot Remover for six months now. I have had dark spots on my face that I have been dealing with for a long while, and have tried many store bought products that have at best, just kept the spots from darkening, but never got rid of them. MD Acne is the only product that made a marked difference. Meaning, I didn't have to use as much concealer to hide the spots and was close to not having to use it at all. That is until recently. And by 'recently', I mean the last two months. I have purchased four Advanced Dark Spot Removers in the last, maybe four to five months. The first two tubes were the ones where I made the most progress. Then, thinking a third tube would eliminate my spots that were now very faded, I ordered another one. And that's when things began to get off track. This product is usually white and has a viscous appearance. Meaning you really have to rub it in to the trouble areas because it is thick like paste. What I received in the tube, had a slight yellow color and was more liquid like. I was not sure I had been sent the right thing but I figured maybe some improvements had been made to this product. The faded dark spots are now dark again. All of my progress vanished. I thought maybe I had been sent a bad batch and ordered another tube. Nope. Same, yellow stuff. I am also back to just maintaining. This new stuff had kept things from getting worse, but is not fading the spots like it used to. I don't know if ingredients used to make this, have been skimped on, but this product has changed, and not for the better.

Well where do I start. So my subscription was deactivated. I was not sure about the company but I have tried their products. I was curious about something that removes dark spots from the face. I received a DM from Jessica, G,RN from the medical Team. She stated that they had a treatment for it. So I asked how much it cost. I was the contacted by a representative named Monique. She stated that she was sorry I received this message and that I would not be able to order for any further products. I asked her why I was not able to restart my prescription. She stated that was correct and I will not be able to reactive my subscription. I asked why again. She stated that my account was blocked. On July 14th, I violated terms of my subscription. But then stated that she didn't see that I ended up paying for my kit. She then went on to say that the dark spot remover is $59.95. I told her I am not a thief. And that its crazy how she came out of nowhere with that and I had just receive a message from someone prior to this. I informed her that I was about to restart my subscription but based on this interaction I will not be doing this. She then said she didn't call me a thief. (but she kinda did when she has a customer representative rep didn't look at the notes). The she stated that she added my block because I stated that I would not reactive. And I asked her why she added the block. I inform her she didn't her job correctly before she opened her mouth. I told her you can not block because I was rude and I never cursed during this entire conversation. I asked her for a higher up. She stated someone named Xavier. I asked her for her title and she refused to give me her title. I told her so I'm blocked because you made an error. You really didn't apologize and then I informed her the conversation made me upset and Monique refused to remove the block. I have never experienced rude customer service in my life. And again I never called her a name or was rude.

Honestly MDacne is Awesome ☺️ Great business they ship on time , there products does what it says . The cleanser leaves your face smother and fresh , same as for the moisturizer , there oil-free SPF 30 sunscreen is one of my favorites. you apply it every day as you wake up along side with your moisturizer. it leaves your face smother , your skin feels great , it prevents the sun from irritating your skin, and it also has a wonderful smell the smell is amazing. my favorite is the night Treatment that’s the beast ‼️ and also the advanced dark spot remover are the best apply both night treatment and dark spot remover at night. I do understand some treatments works differently for other’s but I will Recommend MDacne for anyone who suffers from acne‼️
