Overview

Niacinamide is regarded as one of the top skincare treatment ingredients. It minimizes and tightens enlarged skin pores, strengthens the skin's natural protective layer, and helps balance oil production. The trial shipment of MD Acne arrived quickly. I was looking for an alternative to using Differin or Retin-A again. The MD Acne face wash is excellent quality and smells great. The 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide Acne treatment works and is also excellent quality. I have not tried the niacinamide moisturizer yet. So Far So Good
I'm enjoying MDacne so far- I've been using my suggested products for 2-3 weeks now and have definitely already noticed a reduction in my mild-moderate acne, particularly around my time of the month which is when it's usually worst. I hope that if I keep up with it over the next few weeks/months I will continue to see improvement. The ingredients for these products aren't groundbreaking, they are tried and true basics- for my kit I was recommended salicylic acid and niacinamide products. I still think this is a good deal because the cost for the amount of products I'm getting and the % of active ingredients in each product is quality. I'm going to stick with this routine and hope I see continued improvement!

It's too soon to tell because I started using the product a few days ago. However, I will say that I like how the products feel on my skin. I have the cleanser, benzoyl peroxide, and niacinamide. I was surprised at how small the products were, almost like the sample size (probably why I only paid for shipping). If future shipments are the same size, I will discontinue them. We'll see what happens.

Worst service ever
Worst service ever. The olny thing I wanted was to get rid of my acne but what I got in return is a ruined face with hairs growing on. And the most fantastic thing about them is they don’t take returns. Wow. I had mistakenly did 3 shipping at once and just wanted to return them because the team was suggesting me new products every time I talked to them about the problem. They had changed my moisturizer from active to soothing because the active one cause burning sensation. So wanted to return those mistakly bought items and fortunately couldn’t. So I thought of using the ordered items as I had paid for them. Now I realized that the package had 2 active moisturizers one in each package. Omg. How could you do that? You guys suggested me the soothing one because I was in pain and now you had send me the same thing and of course I could not return them. When I told them that I have been getting hairs on my face and if they could suggest anything. Yes, they suggested me to visit a physician. Man, If I was to visit a physician why would I use your products. Someone has been trying your products expecting at least acne free face and you guys just care about money. If your customer has subscribed and the next shipping date is fixed, you are happy. If they unsubscribe but still want some suggestions, you are lost, found nowhere? I regret for using these products. Apart from acne at least I had hair free skin and no any dark spots or any marks. Now, I have been gifted with all of those. I have a lot more to say but don’t want to cause everytime I remember it, I get frustrated and want to go back to time and correct everything and never use Md Acne. Thank you so much for making my skin worst. I really appreciate it. I hope you get more customers with positive reviews.
